My router won t connect to the internet

However, when I install the new router (which is the upgraded model) I am unable to connect to the internet. The "WAN Coax" light is green but the "Internet" light remains a steady orange. I know that I am getting internet, since I can continue to connect with orange router, but am at a loss for how to connect with my new router.

All the devices connect to the wireless, but the router won;t recognize the internet connection. We have Charter Spectrum both at home and in the apartment.
